Refund Policy


Because Waffarha.com appreciates its customers more than anyone, believing they are the success partners, Waffarha.com is validating the refund option to all current and future customers and for all unused, partially used and used coupons before and after expiry date (within 3 days after expiration date)

Refund Policy
To ensure customer satisfaction and consider them partners in success, Waffarha provides the ability to refund coupons according to the following terms:

Steps to request a refund:
Requests can be submitted through the app via the "My Account" section, then by clicking on "Refund Coupon".

Coupon refund conditions:
Refund is available until the expiry date (as shown in "My Orders"), except for non-refundable offers, which will be stated in the "Terms of Use".

Coupon value can be refunded to:
1. Waffarha Wallet: with no deduction and valid for purchasing offers only (not available for cash withdrawal, wallet transfer, or bill payment).
2. Same payment method: with a 5% deduction from the refunded value based on the payment method conditions as follows:

Bank cards:
- To the wallet with no deduction, or to the same bank card with a 5% deduction (within a maximum of 15 days).
- After 3 months, refund is only to the wallet.

Bank installment without interest:
- To the same bank account (within 15 business days), partial refund to the same bank account is not available.
- Partial or full refund to Waffarha Wallet as permanent credit is allowed.

Transactions made through "e-wallets/bank wallets":
- To Waffarha Wallet without deduction (within 24 hours) or to the same e-wallet/bank wallet (within 5 to 7 days).

Transactions made through "reference numbers" (Fawry - Daman - Basata - Geidea - OPay):
- To the wallet only as permanent credit without deduction (within 24 hours).

Premium Card:
- Full amount to the same account (within 5 business days).
- Partial or full refund to Waffarha Wallet as permanent credit is allowed.

ValU:
- To the same account or wallet, with no fees (within 3 business days).

Souhoola:
- Within 24 hours to the same account or wallet, fully or partially, with no fees.
- Refund is available for 30 days only. After that, refund is to the wallet only.
- Partial refund:
- Only once.
- The remaining amount after refund must not be less than EGP 500, with installment periods ranging from 6 to 48 months.
- If the remaining amount is less than EGP 1000, only a 6-month installment period is allowed.

Forsa:
- You can request a full refund of all coupons to the same account within 14 days from the date of purchase, and the full amount will be deposited into your account (within 2 days).
- Partial refund not available.
- Amount can be refunded to the wallet partially or fully (within 24 hours).

Contact:
- You can request a full refund of all coupons to the same account within 30 days from the date of purchase, and the full amount will be deposited into your account (within 2 days).
- Partial refund not available.
- Amount can be refunded to the wallet partially or fully (within 24 hours).

Aman:
- To the same account in full (within 2 business days) or to the wallet (within 24 hours).

Additional notes:

Transactions with promo codes:

- Only the paid amount will be refunded to the same payment method or the wallet. Note that the promo code cannot be refunded for reuse or as monetary value.
- Cashback balance is available for use for 30 days only, like Waffarha Wallet balance.

Transactions paid using "Waffarha Wallet":

- All transactions where wallet balance was used (part from wallet and the rest by any payment method - full payment from wallet) will be refunded to the wallet only in full and cannot be withdrawn in cash.

All refunds are processed within the specified timeframe. Any request after that will be automatically canceled.
Please read the below points carefully

** Coupon/s refund valid only through the offer validity time otherwise is not stated with any other condition.                                 

**Credit Refund for Coupon/ Product: Product refund fees to by courier to be applied in case of product , and full money refund in case of coupon/s and cannot be refunded in cash once the credit is placed in the account.

**At Waffarha Refunds for Coupon/ Product: Product refund fees to by courier & Fawry/Online payment banking fees to be applied and refund the left amount. and refund has to be completed within 14 days at max otherwise it will be automatically cancelled.                               

** Tickets & Paper coupons: take place only in Waffarha head office within 7 days after receiving , and tickets/ coupons to be in its original state.                                 

** Refund Product with warranty: to take place within 14 days after receiving, in its original state showing no usage sign, complete and with the payment receipt/ invoice.       

** in case of any defective or damaged product in warranty period, please contact with the provided malfunctions & Maintenance number in the offer.                              

** Product/s refund: to be through Courier Company Or you in Waffarha Head office and the product to be in its original packaging showing no usage sign and complete as delivered to you. Product to be check by after sales dep. And compared with the received complaint, and if the product doesn’t match the sent complaint or match conditions above, then your refund will be rejected and we will send the product back to you.

** Purchases with credit amount: to be refunded only to your Waffarha credit.

** Online payment Purchases with (Credit cards or Onecard): to be refunded only to the customer's Waffarha credit or to the same payment method after deducting 5% from total refunded amount.

** Premium Card Purchases: to be fully refunded to The customer card or to the customer's Waffarha credit, and in case of Partially refunds, the only refund option available is Waffarha Credit.

** For valU refund: We can refund the valU transaction to the same valU account during 3 working days or waffarha wallet without Refund fees.

** For Souhoola refund:
- We can refund the Souhoola transaction to the same Souhoola account without refund fees during 24 Hrs or waffarha wallet.
- Souhola transactions can be refunded in 30 days only from the date of transaction to the same Souhoola account and if it exceeded 30 days the available refund would be on "Waffarha wallet"
- The partial refund is allowed only once per order to the same Souhoola account.
- In case of the partial refund, The net payment after refund must exceed 500 EGP (Minimum payment for 6 months plan).
- In case of the partial refund, The net payment after refund must exceed 1000 EGP (Minimum payment for 9 months plan and above).

** For cashback credit, it's same as Waffarha wallet credit in usage but all cashback credit would be expire in 7 days..   

** The total coupon(s) price can be refunded on Waffarha wallet - available for all methods of payment.   

** Waffarha wallet credit will be available for purchasing coupons on the application only (cannot be applied on "bill payment" tab) or to be refunded again to any method of payment \ Cash .
